Dutch-Speaking Customer Experience Specialist - Airline Loyalty

Join ADM Value Barcelona and become part of an international team supporting the loyalty programme of a major airline. You will help customers make the most of their membership, understand their benefits and enjoy a smooth, positive experience at every stage of their journey.

This is a customer service role focused on quality, problem-solving and customer satisfaction — no sales targets.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be a key contact for members of an international airline loyalty programme.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Customer support: Respond to customer enquiries in Dutch via email and other communication channels.

• Loyalty programme assistance: Help members understand their accounts, miles, rewards and membership benefits.

• Travel-related enquiries: Provide guidance on bookings and services connected to the loyalty programme.

• Problem-solving: Investigate customer issues, manage complaints and follow up until a solution is reached.

• Customer experience: Deliver clear, professional and personalised support in every interaction.

• Accurate documentation: Update customer records and document interactions using CRM tools.

• Service quality: Follow established procedures and contribute to continuous improvements in customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone who combines excellent communication skills with a genuine commitment to customer service.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, aviation or a contact centre is an advantage, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are equally important.

• Permanent employment contract.

• Full-time position: 39 hours per week.

• Annual gross compensation: €23,173-€28,500, including the variable component as published for the position.

  8:00-20:00 (Two shift rotation)

• Two days off per week, according to the work schedule.

• Paid initial training and support throughout onboarding.
