• Design, implement and ensure the monitoring of the front-office Customer Care to guarantee an excellent experience to our customers at the lowest cost.
• Monitor dashboard (KPIs) of key processes.

• Education:University degree with a focus in customer service
• Experience:3 years of experience as in related areas
• Languages:C1 English
• IT:Excel. CRM Salesforce knowledge and ERP SAP knowledge
