As a Customer Service Representative (Onsite), you’ll be part of a dynamic team of game-changers shaping the future of the fashion industry.

• Handle calls through CRM agent portal
• Create quotations and orders via SAP system
• Expedite and communicate expected delivery times to customers
• Offer basic product advice to individual customer needs (at least catalogue knowledge)
• Provide first level technical assistance to help customers identify their requirements for products and services
• Call back customers
• Lead management
• Other duties and tasks as assigned

• Are bilingual or proficient in French with an advanced level of Spanish and English
• A minimum of a high school diploma is required (additional qualifications are considered an asset).
• A strong interest in the technical field, along with a commitment to remain in the project for at least two years, is highly valued.
• You are customer-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a solid commercial mindset.
• A business-oriented approach will support more effective engagement with clients and stakeholders.
• Education in business or commercial fields, as well as prior experience in a contact centre environment, will support your development in this role, although these are not mandatory requirements.

• Full-time (39 hours/week) permanent contract, Monday to Friday (08:00–17:00)
• Salary of €19.623,94 gross/year + up to €4.000 gross/year in bonus
