Medical Advisor

Overview

We are looking for a talented Medical Advisor that will work within 5 different areas:

• Provide up-to-date, evidence-based medical and scientific information to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Review and approve scientific and medical content for promotional material (including affiliate materials), publications, and training programs.
• Act as the company’s subject matter expert on therapeutic areas, disease states, and relevant medical trends.

• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and clinical experts.
• Build a yearly plan (global and local).
• Support external scientific advisory boards, panel discussions, and meetings to gather insights and feedback, including involvement in affiliate-specific AB and sharing knowledge with the team.
• Ensure ongoing engagement with HCPs to gather real‑world evidence and clinical insights and provide feedback on products.
• Organize focus groups when necessary.

• Develop all training materials and ensure engagement from the affiliate perspective.
• Provide medical training to sales teams, marketing teams, and other internal stakeholders on a continuous basis.
• Ensure continuous medical education for employees, fostering a deep understanding of scientific concepts and regulatory guidelines.
• Organize and/or deliver medical webinars (university), seminars, and workshops for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Lead or support clinical research efforts including trial design, data interpretation, and regulatory submissions.
• Act as a key liaison between the company and healthcare professionals, opinion leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure a strong publication plan.
• Partner with the clinical development team to design and implement clinical trials and post‑market surveillance.

• Provide medical expertise and guidance to local affiliates to support their specific needs.
• Collaborate with affiliate teams to tailor medical strategies for different markets and ensure alignment with global objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, regulatory, and R&D teams to ensure accurate medical information is being communicated.

• 2 to 5 years in a similar role.
• Proven track record participating in clinical research, drug development and regulatory requirements.

Offices in Sant Cugat.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex scientific data.
• Proven experience in clinical practice or relevant industry experience (pharmaceutical, biotech, nutraceutical, cosmetics or medical device company).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong presentation and training facilitation skills.
