We are looking for a
Medical Affairs trainee
to join our rapidly growing in vitro diagnostics company, a leader in the industry for the past 15 years. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience and learn selected candidate will be based in our Barcelona office and will provide support to our Life Scientific department in the Iberia region.
- Analyze and translate clinical evidence and scientific guidelines into practical content for both internal teams and customers.
- Support the execution of clinical studies
, including planning, recruitment, data monitoring and transformation of data into scientific publications. - Prepare and deliver scientific presentations for physicians and internal teams.
- Assist in the development and update of scientific materials for congresses, marketing and sales support.
- Provide scientific field support to the sales team and application specialists.
- Help coordinate study protocols, contracts, IRB/IEC documentation, and communication with investigators.
- Act as a reference for statisticians, medical writers and investigators during the submission process.
- Stay updated with the latest clinical guidelines and evidence related to the Life Science portfolio.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Biomedicine, Biotechnology or a similar life science field.
- Desirable:
Master’s in Clinical Studies or similar postgraduate program. - Previous experience (internship or job) in Medical Affairs, MSL, CRA or clinical research is a plus.
- Strong command of MS Office
, Excel, and familiarity with databases or CRM systems. - Languages:
Fluent in Spanish and English
;
Portuguese is a plus. - Scientific curiosity, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and team spirit.
