ACR-2602-70 MEDICAL DEVICE KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (KAM) NACIONAL – BARCELONA
To promote, prescribe, and sell the company’s digital medical solution to epileptologists and hospitals, ensuring profitable growth and high customer satisfaction. Build strong relationships with Key Accounts, including Physicians and Nursing teams. Support the effective communication of scientific and medical information, empowering the launch and commercialization of products.
Major Accountabilities- Develop and implement a national sales strategy targeting reference hospitals and epileptologists.
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), hospital decision-makers, and prescribers.
- Achieve sales and profitability targets for the assigned country.
- Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to increase awareness of the company’s solution.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Participate in and contribute to projects and initiatives that increase the value and productivity of the sales team and products facilitating collaborations in the healthcare ecosystem.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital health and/or medical devices.
- Minimum 1 year in Pharma industry.
- 5 years of experience in digital medical device and/or digital health.
- 3 years of experience in the Pharma industry.
- Knowledge of neurology or epilepsy is a strong advantage.
- Experience in digital health or connected medical Solutions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking, relationship management, digital health literacy.
