Experteer Overview As a SMA II at ICON, you support clinical trial site management and monitoring to ensure protocol adherence and GCP compliance. You work with cross-functional teams to facilitate site needs and deliver timely, accurate data and reports. The role contributes to accelerating patient access to new medicines by maintaining high-quality trial conduct. This is a values-driven, collaborative environment where you mentor junior staff and help scale how sites are managed across studies.

Participate in training initiatives and mentor junior staff in clinical trial management

Responsabilidades

Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research

Experience in clinical research, site management, or monitoring with knowledge of GCP
