Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead the medical strategy for ophthalmic surgical product development, focusing on Phase IIIB/IV studies and cross‑functional collaboration. You will partner with global development teams, marketing, sales, and healthcare providers to shape medical strategy, evidence generation, and launch plans. Your work drives patient outcomes by ensuring scientifically sound, non‑promotional information and robust publications. This position offers impact across regional strategies, post‑market studies, and scientific communications in a global, patient‑focused environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios Support the execution of medical affairs strategic plans

Develop regional medical affairs strategy for the assigned therapeutic area Provide medical and scientific input for product messaging and claims

Support post‑market/phase IV studies strategy and preregistration study input

Contribute to launch strategies, lifecycle management, and indications expansion

Create medical publications content (whitepapers, manuscripts, posters, articles, video scripts)
Handle medical inquiries and maintain peer‑to‑peer relationships with Medical Experts and stakeholders

Plan and execute medical advisory board meetings

Provide fair and balanced scientific information to healthcare professionals

Support internal training for academic or healthcare professionals

Assist with medical promotional review as needed

Responsabilidades

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; 7+ years of relevant life sciences experience

Advanced clinical degree preferred (OD or MD ophthalmologist)
MS/PhD in life sciences with strong clinical research background

English language proficiency (read/write/speak)
Estimated travel ~10%
Location flexible within Europe Experience in medical affairs, ophthalmology, and phase IIIB/IV study design and execution
