What Youll Do:

CRITEO is looking for a passionate Senior IT Scrum Master to join our CRM Tribe without Internal IT Department!

The Senior Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring that Agile, particularly Scrum or other frameworks, is understood and enacted. She/he ensures the team adheres to Agile practices, culture, and values, and understands the frameworks' theory, practices, and rules (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.). She/he aligns the team's practices with other tribes and partners with other Scrum Masters for continuous improvement.

She/He acts as a servant-leader, helping those outside the team understand helpful interactions and encouraging positive changes to improve team performance. She/he challenges the team to achieve high quality, user alignment, value creation, and engagement.

She/He should also anticipate impediments or contextual changes impacting team or organizational performance and support the team in adapting to these changes.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's +5 (MS or equivalent), with at least 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile projects or organizations using Scrum
• Experience working in an international environment
• Experience working with delivery teams in India is highly appreciated
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is highly appreciated
• Knowledge of Kanban and SAFe is highly appreciated
• Knowledge of the Salesforce landscape (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CRMA, Einstein, Mulesoft, Copado, etc.) is highly appreciated
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Understanding of the Agile Manifesto and methodologies, both theoretically and practically
• Awareness of technical practices like Continuous Integration, Test Driven Development, Dev Ops
• Ability to enable the team to increase product value continuously
• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills
• Proven success in a rapidly changing, collaborative, and iterative environment
• Enjoys working with people, facilitating, and collaborating
• Curious about new areas (product trajectory, AI, etc.)
