As a Senior Data Analyst, you will analyze and implement technical and functional requirements, working on improving our current software solutions. You will be part of a mixed agile team comprising designers, developers, and testers.

• Utilize statistical techniques and data mining methodologies to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate requirements into technical specifications and data models.
• Contribute to database design, including data collection mechanisms, data warehousing, and integration strategies.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure infrastructure supports data analytics capabilities.
• Create insightful reports and dashboards to communicate findings and metrics.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders.

• 5+ years of IT experience with hands-on data analysis, business analysis, or reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar languages.
• Experience with ETL tools and Power BI.
• Experience with Azure Data services (Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse).
• Strong skills in DBT for data transformation.
• Understanding of data modeling and database design.

• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience working in a global, virtual team environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
