Descripción del trabajo
- Lead the design and architecture of Qlik Sense applications tailored to Financial Operations, ensuring structured data models, clear reporting logic, and alignment with business processes and operational goals.
- Develop, enhance, and deploy dashboards that address financial analytics and operational requirements, providing clear and actionable insights for decision-making across teams.
- Data Modeling
- Create and optimize data models and complex visualizations to translate financial data into actionable insights, supporting both routine reporting and deeper analytical needs.
- Performance Optimization
- Ensure applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and seamless user experience, monitoring performance and implementing improvements where necessary.
- Data Integration
- Integrate data from multiple financial systems and databases into Qlik Sense, enabling consistent and reliable reporting across all relevant sources.
- Data Quality & Security
- Maintain high standards of data integrity, quality, and security within all applications, applying validation checks and access controls as needed.
- ETL Development
- Develop and manage ETL processes to support integration and reporting of financial data, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and timely updates.
- Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering collaboration, skill development, and adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Project Oversight
- Oversee multiple dashboard development projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives while coordinating resources effectively.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure solutions meet organizational goals and expectations.
- Communication of Technical Concepts
- Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating understanding and adoption of Qlik Sense applications.
- Application Maintenance
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and update existing Qlik Sense applications, ensuring continuous functionality and relevance for Financial Operations.
- Documentation & Standards
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines across projects.
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a closely related field, providing a strong technical foundation for development and analytics work.
- Qlik Sense Experience
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Qlik Sense development, demonstrating a strong portfolio of successful dashboards and application projects.
- Experience working in finance or corporate environments is advantageous, enabling better understanding of business processes and reporting needs.
- Qlik Sense Expertise
- Advanced skills in Qlik Sense development, including scripting, data modeling, and designing complex visualizations to meet analytical requirements.
- SQL & Data Warehousing
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes, ensuring reliable data integration and efficient reporting workflows.
- Analytical Product Lifecycle
- Familiarity with corporate ecosystems and analytical product life cycles, supporting end‑to‑end development and deployment of BI solutions.
- Experience with financial systems such as SAP is advantageous, contributing to smoother integration and alignment with corporate reporting requirements.
- Fluent in English for business communication, enabling clear interactions with global stakeholders, teams, and users.

- Proven leadership and team‑management abilities, including mentoring junior developers and guiding project execution.
