We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Team Lead who is passionate about building impactful solutions and thrives in a collaborative environment. If you enjoy solving complex challenges as a team, sharing knowledge, and making a difference with data, we encourage you to apply.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Hire, manage and coach members of the Machine Learning team.
• Drive R&D initiatives planned in the company strategy and deliver them with your team.
• Collaborate with Engineering team to maintain and improve inference systems in production.
• Report project progress to company stakeholders, and coordinate Machine Learning efforts with other internal initiatives.
• Contribute to the definition of the next roadmaps using your team’s inputs and your own expertise.

You could be a great addition to our Machine Learning team if you recognize yourself in several of the following areas:

• Academics
  • Strong theoretical background in mathematics and/or computer science
  • MS or PhD is a plus
• Professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical management roles including management of senior engineers
  • Significant experience with production environments: testing, deploying, monitoring, etc.
  • Experience in AdTech is a plus
• Engineering & infrastructure skills
  • Write clean, maintainable, production-quality Python code, with a strong grasp of testing, typing, CI/CD.
  • Hands‑on experience with Scala, Spark, Airflow and/or AWS is a plus
  • Hands‑on experience with large-scale data engineering or high-frequency inference systems is a strong plus
• Machine learning skills
  • Intimate understanding of theoretical concepts in probability, statistical learning, and optimization
  • Significant modelling experience with tabular data for classification and regression problems
  • Practical experience of deep learning and embeddings is a plus
