As an MLOps Engineer
, you’ll design, build, and operate scalable ML infrastructure and observability solutions that power AI systems in production. You’ll be at the intersection of data science, engineering, and cloud architecture – enabling teams to deploy, monitor, and continuously improve machine learning models with confidence.

You’ll collaborate with talented ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and Dev Ops experts across our global team, and help shape the future of MLOps at Visium as we continue to grow internationally.

As a MLOps Engineer, you'll

• Design and maintain MLOps pipelines and cloud infrastructure to support the full ML lifecycle.
• Implement and operate Grafana-based monitoring solutions for model and system observability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize CI/CD, automate deployments, and optimize performance.
• Contribute to internal frameworks and templates that make AI deployment faster, safer, and more reliable.
• Share knowledge and best practices to strengthen Visium’s MLOps community.

You bring technical strength, curiosity, and a drive to build meaningful AI systems.

Here's what helps you succeed in this role:

• 3–5 years of experience in MLOps, Dev Ops, or Machine Learning Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with MLflow, DVC, Airflow, or Kubeflow.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Databricks, Dataiku, or Snowflake.
• A team player mindset and a passion for making AI systems reliable, observable, and scalable.
• Fluent in English, German and/or French will be considered a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with Grafana will be considered a plus.
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience will be considered a plus.
