This position is to integrate our client team (directly employed by the client), a leading firm in the Chemical sector. As part of the Digital Transformation Program and in close collaboration with the IT Department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, managing, and delivering strategic projects that integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). You will lead projects end-to-end, from ideation to deployment, while ensuring adoption across business functions. Acting at the intersection of technology, business, and innovation, you will drive AI initiatives that create tangible business impact.

• Lead and manage AI/ML projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (data scientists, data engineers, IT stakeholders, business stakeholders, external partners) to ensure seamless execution.
• Supervise project phases: scoping, prototyping, development, testing, deployment, and scaling.
• Regularly communicate progress, results, and impact to stakeholders, including senior leadership.

• Help to identify and prioritize AI/ML use cases with the highest value for business functions.
• Gather, document, and refine requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver robust, scalable, and user-centric solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to align strategic goals with operational needs.

• Ensure adoption of AI/ML solutions across business teams, ensuring integration into daily workflows.
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and enablement materials to build user capabilities.
• Act as a change agent, facilitating the cultural shift toward data-driven and AI-powered ways of working.
• Measure adoption, monitor impact, and continuously optimize AI/ML solutions for long-term success.

• Monitor and evaluate emerging AI/ML trends, tools, and best practices.
• Propose and implement innovative approaches to optimize business processes and decision-making.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement within the digital transformation program.

• Master’s degree in Project Management, Data Science or Digital Transformation.
• Proven track record in digital transformation and project management, ideally with hands‑on experience in AI/ML deployment.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts.
• Experience in product management, from strategy definition to delivery.
• Demonstrated success in leading change management and driving adoption of emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP certification is a plus).
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to non‑technical audiences.
• Strong appetite for innovation, emerging technologies, and cross‑functional teamwork.
• Fluent in English, proficiency in French is a plus.
