** Traffic Acquisition Manager
** leads and optimizes our efforts in driving high-quality traffic to our digital platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing multi-channel acquisition campaigns to grow our user base, increase conversions, and maximize ROI.
** What are your responsibilities:**
* ** Develop and execute
** traffic acquisition strategies across paid and organic channels including SEA, PLAs, CSEs, social media ads, display advertising, and affiliate marketing
* ** Optimize landing pages
** and user journeys to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition cost
* ** Report regularly
** on performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
* ** Develop and execute SEO strategies
** to improve organic visibility, traffic, and search engine rankings
* ** Analyze performance data** (e.g., keywords, user behavior, backlinks, technical SEO) to continuously optimize website structure, content, and marketing campaigns
* ** Plan, implement, and test online marketing campaigns**, including A/B testing, creative optimization, and scaling strategies
* ** Build and maintain senior-level partnerships
** with country-level stakeholders (e.g., GMs, International Marketing Managers)
* ** Manage budgets
** and allocate spend efficiently to maximize performance and meet KPIs.
* ** Monitor and analyze
** campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms.
* ** Identify new growth opportunities
** through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and emerging platforms.
* Strong
** analytical skills
** with the ability to derive actionable insights and recommendations from data
* Solid expertise and hands-on experience in
** SEO and Performance Marketing** (including SEA, Retargeting, Affiliate Marketing, CSE, CSS, and Social Ads)
Technical/methodological skills
* Familiarity with additional tools is a plus – such as
** feed optimization platforms, call tracking solutions, programmatic advertising**, and
** Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
*** Fluent
** English
* * speaker; proficiency in
** Dutch
* * or
** French
* * is an advantage
