• Design and lead global training programs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored learning solutions.
• Coordinate blended, online, and in-person training experiences.
• Innovate with cutting-edge methodologies and digital tools.
• Analyze impact and continuously improve learning strategies.

• 6–8 years of L&D experience in corporate settings.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent in English (C1+); other languages are a plus.
• Experience with Moodle-based LMS platforms.
• A proactive, communicative, and quality-driven mindset.
