We are looking for a dynamic leader to drive innovation in procurement and quality management within our SAP Competence Center
. This is your chance to lead a talented team and shape digital transformation across global operations.

• Lead and mentor the SAP MM, QM & Ariba functional team.

• Design, implement, and continuously improve procurement and quality processes.

• Define best practices in contracts, supplier lifecycle, and quality management.

• Manage end-to-end SAP project life cycles: requirements, design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.

• Collaborate with procurement, finance, warehousing, supply chain, and quality teams.

• Oversee operational support, ensuring SLA compliance and smooth incident resolution.

• Ensure adherence to internal controls and global standards.

• Drive automation and process optimization initiatives.

• Manage project and operational budgets.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.

• Master’s degree is a plus.

• Certifications preferred: SAP S/4
  
  HANA Sourcing & Procurement, SAP Ariba, PMP/PRINCE2/Agile.

• 6–10 years in SAP MM functional roles.

• 3–5 years with SAP Ariba solutions.

• Proven experience leading SAP functional teams.

• Participation in 2–3 full lifecycle SAP implementations (MM and/or Ariba).

• Experience in global or multi-country environments is highly valued.
