** Summary :
** We are looking for Senior Web Designer, who will play a critical role in our internal design team, creating visually compelling websites for premier hospitality clients. This position requires expertise in designing and building sites using our custom CMS, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma, while collaborating closely with project managers, developers, and digital marketers.

The Senior Web Designer will lead projects from concept through design, development, and launch, ensuring exceptional creative execution. A strong understanding of front-end development principles is essential for effective collaboration with the development team. In addition to client-facing work, this role may support internal initiatives, cross-departmental projects, presentations, and pre-sales pitches.
** In this role you will:
** Key Responsibilities :
* Design and develop modern, user-friendly websites that reflect brand identity and meet business objectives
* Manage the full web design process, from concept and layout through to implementation and maintenance
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate requirements into creative, functional design solutions
* Work closely with project managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality deliverables
* Apply best practices in UX, usability, accessibility and SEO to enhance overall site performance and user experience
* Conduct quality reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to design standards
* Support continuous improvement by contributing to design processes, documentation and team collaboration
** About the Ideal Candidate
*** Proficient in
** Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
*** Demonstrates a strong background in web design with a balance of creativity and technical knowledge
* Experienced in managing
** end-to-end design projects
** and delivering the high-quality digital solutions
* Proficient in Project Management skills/programs, e-Commerce.
* Web savvy (CMS experience e.g. Word Press) and Website design processes and SEO best practices.
* Knowledge of design practices that adhere to WCAG standards and the design impact to the site speed.
* Basic understanding of the purpose of programming languages such has HTML and CSS.
* Familiar with AI prompting and AI tools within Adobe and Figma
* Comfortable working directly with internal teams to identify needs and provide effective solutions
* Strong communicator, confident in presenting ideas and collaborating across disciplines
* Detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining quality and brand consistency across all projects
