Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Manage server replacement and modernization initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to guarantee secure and high-performing systems. Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure on‑time and cost‑effective delivery. Engage and influence stakeholders across IT, Operations, and business units, fostering strong communication and collaboration.

Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and drive change management to ensure smooth transitions. Ensure compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards throughout project life cycles. Provide clear reporting to senior leadership, using metrics and insights to track progress and impact.

Cutting-Edge Projects in a Regulated Environment

• At least 7+ years of proven experience in IT infrastructure project management, ideally within complex or regulated environments.
• Deep knowledge of server architecture, virtualization, storage, and networking, with hands‑on experience in server replacement or data center migration projects.
• Certified or familiar with methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile.
• Strategic operational mindset:

• Exceptional stakeholder management: build relationships, influence decision‑makers, and communicate effectively across technical and business teams.
• Strong soft skills: high emotional intelligence, resilience, and problem‑solving capabilities to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• University degree; MBA desirable.
