Procurement Analyst / BI & Insights Specialist

Location: Barcelona, Spain. Hybrid - 1 day per week in the office
Working Environment: International, multi-cultural, collaborative, and supportive

The Opportunity:

This is a high-impact role within Procurement, an area receiving increasing attention and investment due to its growing importance in delivering meaningful savings across the business. Procurement is evolving - and this role sits right at the centre of that journey.

You'll bring clarity, structure and insight through analytics, dashboards and well-designed metrics, while working across multiple projects and teams. No two days will look the same, and you'll get involved, and solve problems where they arise.

What You'll Be Doing

• Creating and maintaining BI dashboards that drive better procurement decisions
• Designing, refining and challenging metrics to ensure they truly measure value
• Working across multiple projects simultaneously, supporting a wide range of stakeholders
• Using SQL to extract, analyse and interpret data
• Spotting problems, asking questions, and proactively finding solutions
• Collaborating with teams across different countries, cultures and functions
• Supporting Procurement Services as it grows in influence and scope

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills - professional, approachable and easy to work with
• Highly organised and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
• Someone who enjoys variety and being involved in lots of moving parts
• Solid SQL skills and experience building BI dashboards
• A curious, problem-solving mindset - you actively seek challenges and overcome them
• Project management experience is helpful but not essential
