- Act as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and build strong, results-driven PPC campaigns
- Make outbound calls to promote and sell services
- Identify customer goals and provide tailored solutions
- Set up strategic campaigns designed for immediate and long-term success
- Increase ad spend and upsell campaign opportunities
- Build, maintain, and update a complete customer database
- Manage a high volume of potential clients daily via phone calls
- BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications is a plus)
- Dutch C2 and English C1 (additional languages are a bonus)
- Minimum 12 months of experience in sales and/or marketing with strong client-facing skills
- Confident with CRM tools and customer data management
- Comfortable using AI tools to support outreach strategies
- Strong communicator with presentation and professional writing skills
- Initiative-driven, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset
- Strong competitor analysis and market trend awareness
- Cultural awareness and proven stakeholder management skills
- Familiar with business etiquette and regulations (e. g. , GDPR
) - Able to handle advanced ROI and integration questions for digital ads solutions
- Full-time 39h/week hybrid role in Barcelona
