We collaborate with global leaders like Microsoft, OpenAI, and Google to design and build next-gen digital solutions.

We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Consultant to build-up and drive our Enterprise AI Studio vertical within the Plain Concepts’ Impact Studios.

Your role combines business strategy & operations knowledge with technological depth, and entrepreneurial ownership to design and execute transformative AI solutions for our clients. In a best case scenario you understand yourself as a hybrid combining strong business skills including commercial drive, process mindset and strong communication skills with a robust understanding for Enterprise AI & Tech Ecosystems.

The mission of the Enterprise AI vertical is to empower clients to build AI-native operations by implementing agentic frameworks, identifying and scaling automation opportunities, and deploying GenAI-powered assistants, agents and enterprise application across core and adjacent business domains leveraging pragmatic lowcode solutions or designing and with our tech team building custom coded solutions.

You will have the unique opportunity to define our value proposition in the emerging field of Agentic AI, AI Enterprise Applications and Low Code, develop proprietary methodologies and frameworks, build a high-performing cross-functional team, and drive commercial traction through collaboration with our sales and tech delivery teams.

Key Responsabilities

Develop the Offering: Shape and evolve our Enterprise AI consulting proposition – from service structure, technology stack, delivery formats to methodical playbooks and reusable tools.

Lead Client Engagements: Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, from opportunity framing and use case validation to MVP implementation and deployment.

Drive Commercial Growth: Collaborate with Sales to identify business opportnities, create pitches, and win projects to grow your verticals revenue. Translate client needs into tailored solutions and scalable value propositions.

Develop the Team: Help to recruit, onboard, and lead a high-performing team of business consultants and Low Code/GenAI experts. Define delivery standards and foster excellence.

Connect Strategy, Tech & Execution: Align with Plain’s broader tech and consulting teams to integrate AI-native tools, low-code platforms, and agentic frameworks into impactful business solutions.

Experience:

• 8+ years in consulting, digital transformation, or business building
• Demonstrated success in building products & solutions as well as consulting service offerings or verticals in an innovation-driven context
• Experience in Defining & Re-engineering business processes through tech
• Reliable technical understanding and knowledge (e.g. on Cloud Infrastructures, Data Platforms, AI Models, etc.)
• Strong exposure to Agentic AI, automation, and low-code ecosystems (e.g. Agent Builders, AI Foundation Model, Applications & Platforms like CoPilot Studios, AI Foundry, Microsoft Power Platforms, OpenAI )
