• Manage IT equipment inventory and lifecycle, ensuring accurate stock control and proper device allocation.
• Oversee user provisioning and deprovisioning processes, maintaining updated records of devices and access rights.
• Support the configuration and fine‑tuning of local offices network, contributing to its security and performance optimization.
• Maintain and optimize internal tools (Jira, Slack, Bitwarden, Google Drive, Git Hub, etc.), ensuring proper permissions, license usage, and compliance.
• Prepare, configure, and deploy hardware for employees, providing IT support when needed for all the employees.
• Create and update IT documentation, improving internal processes and operational efficiency.
• Support internal security initiatives and audits by ensuring proper access management, device compliance, and documentation accuracy.

• 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or similar internal IT roles.
• Degree or vocational training in Systems Administration, IT, Network Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of system administration, network environments, firewalls, and endpoint management. Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Git Hub, or password managers is a plus.
• Interest in IT security, access management, and audit processes.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).

Salary Range: 25K–30K base salary.
