• Serve as Tech PM for a centralized SRE services team, overseeing delivery of key initiatives, managing timelines, risks, communication, and stakeholder collaboration
• Translate platform and SRE needs into clear product requirements and priorities
• Identify and prioritize developer pain points using qualitative and quantitative signals
• Own prioritization for a shared SRE backlog based on business impact and risk reduction
• Define and track success metrics such as developer productivity, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Run discovery through developer interviews, Dev Experience surveys, support interruptions, incident reviews, and platform metrics
• Lead migrations and deprecations with empathy, clarity, and consistency

• 2–4 Years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in platform environments
• Proven experience in a software engineering environment
• Strong understanding of SRE principles, Dev Ops practices, and cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, incident management, and automation tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Pager Duty, and Terraform
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Nice to have:
  Technical background (former engineer or SRE), experience with large-scale distributed systems, knowledge of reliability engineering concepts (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets), cloud platform certifications (AWS, GCP, Azure), Scrum certifications
