As part of our Clinical Research and Registry Department, you'll join a team driving the evolution of one of the world s largest patient registries, helping to enhance data quality, support innovation and improve patient outcomes worldwide.

As a Data Steward, you will be responsible for the governance, quality assurance and harmonisation of Registry data, ensuring alignment with OMOP CDM standards and EBMT initiatives. Support Study Units and hospitals in data collection initiatives for EBMT Registry data and studies.

Data Stewardship:

• Design, implement and test new Data Collection Forms (DCFs), including versioning and harmonisation across form releases.
• Mapping of data collection forms to the OMOP CDM
• Providing input on data quality reports
• Conducting data quality campaigns on a regular basis and per request. Support query managers to effectively perform data quality activities in the Registry
• Documenting data policies and data standards, contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Review and provide feedback on study data collection initiatives

Project Coordination and Communication:

• Coordinate various data management related project activities within the Registry unit and other stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of the Registry infrastructure and functionality
• Collaborate and effectively communicate within internal and external stakeholders.

Training

• Carry out and assist with Data Management related training to EBMT staff and members
• Develop written and visual training materials
