• Act as the reference Business Analyst for processes and quality within claims management
• Handle data extraction, exploitation, and analysis needs related to claims management processes
• Analyze quality and customer satisfaction metrics to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
• Design and implement process monitoring systems and service indicators for continuous operational performance tracking
• Create, maintain, and evolve reports and dashboards, primarily in Power BI
• Collaborate closely with business areas to transform operational needs into analytical solutions and data-based recommendations
• Detect deviations, risks, and optimization opportunities through operational information analysis
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that contribute to efficiency, service quality, and customer experience

• University degree or higher education in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, or related disciplines
• Advanced English at a minimum B2 level, with the ability to work in international environments
• Solid knowledge of claims management processes and their lifecycle
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable business conclusions
• Knowledge of relational databases and experience writing SQL queries
• Experience with visualization and reporting tools, especially Power BI
• Ability to work closely with business areas, understand their needs, and translate them into data-based solutions
• Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools for data analysis and insight generation
• Results-oriented mindset, communication skills, and continuous improvement focus
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation
• Nice to have: advanced SQL, experience or knowledge of Process Mining tools, especially Celonis, experience in transformation, optimization, or operational excellence projects within the insurance sector
