Veeva Vault CRM Consultant

As our next Veeva Vault CRM Consultant, you will contribute to solving meaningful challenges across the life sciences industry. We offer specialised management consulting services, working with top-tier life sciences companies as well as biotech startups - locally and globally. From strategy development to hands-on implementation, we support our clients were impact matters most.

As a Veeva Vault CRM Consultant, you will work closely with clients and colleagues to address complex challenges across the life sciences value chain. You will take ownership of your work and contribute to delivering solutions that create real, lasting impact.

• Support implementation of Veeva Vault CRM
• Assist with object, fields, life cycles, workflows, roles/permission, and reports
• Help with preparation and loading of setup data, historical data and prepare environment setup.
• Support testing activities including preparation of UAT scripts and support clients for execution.

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Participate in client workshops and internal project meetings
• Work closely with more senior consultants to translate requirements into solutions
• Provide end-user support and prepare basic training materials.
• Execute Train the Trainer or End user trainings remotely or onsite.

• Assist with documentation such as configuration specs and test scripts
• Ensure delivered solutions meet quality and audit standards
• Follow life sciences compliance, country specific regulations and validation guidelines (when necessary)

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience with the Veeva Vault platform, including a basic understanding of Veeva Vault configuration
• Previous experience in, or a strong interest in, life sciences (pharma, biotech, or medical devices)
• Familiarity with Agile or project-based delivery
• A bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset
• A willingness to learn, take guidance, and step outside your comfort zone
• The ability to work in a team-oriented consulting environment

• Veeva Vault Platform Administrator and/or Veeva Vault CRM Certified Administrator certification
• Java fundamentals, VQL knowledge, and/or REST API experience
• Internship or project experience in life sciences or CRM systems
• Exposure to validation documentation or regulated environments

This position is offered in Spain.
