Data & AI Intern – Production Quality

• Design, develop and maintain Quality dashboards in Micro Strategy in collaboration with a Data Analyst
• Gather business requirements from Quality stakeholders and translate them into actionable KPIs and visualizations
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability across reports
• Document dashboards and provide user guidance to the Quality team
• Design and build an AI agent providing tailored Quality guidelines for each sale
• Collect, structure and formalize existing Quality guidelines into a usable knowledge base
• Work on prompt engineering, testing and iterative improvement of the agent's recommendations
• Collaborate with Quality experts to validate the relevance and accuracy of the agent's outputs
• Work closely with the Quality team, Data Analysts and business stakeholders
• Propose improvements to Quality processes based on data insights
• Share progress, findings and recommendations through regular updates and presentations
