What you will do in this role The Report Analyst is responsible for the development, maintenance, and analysis of operational and business performance reports. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of data, delivers regular and ad hoc reporting, identifies trends and risks, and provides insights that support operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Create, maintain, and automate operational and client reporting.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Monitor KPIs, trends, and business metrics across programs and sites.
- Support business reviews, client meetings, and strategic planning with data-driven analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with reporting standards.
- Partner with Operations, Workforce Management, Quality, and Client Services teams to address reporting needs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting automation.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Support forecasting, capacity planning, and performance management activities.
- Native level of English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Domo, etc.).
- Ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Full time 39 hours/week permanent contract:
Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 17:00 - Salary 25.000 euros gross/year + up to 3.000 euros gross/year in bonus plus private medical insurance
