Senior Analyst, Technology, Network Operations

• Own day‑to‑day operational management of the enterprise Aruba LAN and WLAN estate (campus, branch, and site networks), ensuring availability, performance, and security.
• Provide expert‑level implementation and ongoing management for Aruba switching, wireless controllers/APs, Clear Pass and associated management/monitoring platforms.
• Lead incident, problem, and change activities for Network & Collaboration services, driving root‑cause analysis, remediation, and continuous service improvement.

• Support budget management for Network & Collaboration services, including forecasting, variance analysis, and cost optimisation opportunities.
• Maintain asset lifecycle visibility (switching, wireless, licenses), supporting renewal planning and ensuring spend aligns to service demand and standards.
