L2 Technical Support Engineer - Clinical Software

Join a technical support project focused on a portfolio of clinical software applications. You will provide second level support, analyze incidents, support application configuration and integrations with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), acting as the technical bridge between regional organizations and Dev Ops teams.

With people. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months.

And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career  will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

• Proven experience providing L2 technical support in enterprise software environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with complex software applications, including log analysis and root cause identification.
• Basic knowledge of Angular and Java technology stacks for incident analysis.
• Experience configuring applications and supporting integrations with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, operating systems and relational databases, with fluent English.

You will be responsible for providing second level technical support for clinical software applications, troubleshooting incidents and configuration issues, analyzing logs and technical information, coordinating with international affiliates, distributors and Dev Ops teams, and escalating unresolved issues with complete technical evidence while contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

We ask you to be available for key meetings. Need to leave for a doctor’s appointment or to pick up your child from school? No problem. We trust you to deliver quality work within your 40-hour workweek.

Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office 2 days a week, though this depends on the project and team, but we love seeing each other’s faces; the best stories always happen in the office!
