, we are looking for a Functional Analyst Expert to join an international Dev Ops team supporting a customer portal. You will play a key role in business analysis and customer incident management, contributing to the identification, prioritization, and tracking of production issues while working in an international and collaborative environment.

• Manage customer incidents
• Analyze and prioritize production incidents
• Proactively identify potential issues
• Document and track issues in the system

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Functional Analyst Expert
• Experience in customer incident management
• Experience analyzing and prioritizing production incidents
• Experience proactively identifying potential issues
• Experience with Jira
• Experience with Confluence
• Knowledge of Project Management
• Experience with REST API Analysis
• Knowledge and experience with Generative AI (GenAI)
• Languages:
  High level of English
  , with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
  Spanish is a plus.
• Preferred location:
  Barcelona
  , with availability to work from the office 1 day per week
• Candidates based in Madrid or Zaragoza will also be considered, with availability to work from the Barcelona office every two weeks
