Senior Specialist, ALM Product Marketing

As part of PTC's Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) team, you'll play a key role in connecting innovative engineering solutions with enterprise customers worldwide. You'll collaborate with marketing and sales leaders to design and deliver high-impact programs that generate awareness, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.

The ALM business is a critical growth driver for PTC - powering how leading companies manage complex product development processes. Your marketing programs will directly influence sales pipeline, customer engagement, and product adoption in a competitive enterprise market. You'll help translate PTC's technology leadership into market momentum - amplifying visibility, supporting field teams, and strengthening our position as a trusted partner to global engineering organizations.

• Partner with ALM segment leaders and field marketing teams to design and execute global and regional go-to-market programs.
• Plan digital marketing initiatives, including webinars, paid campaigns, virtual events, and third-party promotions.
• Review market data and competitive positioning to recommend messaging and content updates
• Measure and report on program performance to drive optimization and inform decision-making.
• Align closely with sales teams to ensure marketing is driving qualified opportunities and supporting pipeline goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and demand generation teams to ensure consistent messaging and flawless campaign execution.

• 2-5 years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally within enterprise software, engineering, or manufacturing technology.
• Strong project management and communication skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and GenAI platforms or interest in developing deep expertise in them.
• A results-driven mindset with comfort analyzing marketing impact and adjusting strategies accordingly.
