Established in 1905, Zielinski & Rozen is a family‑run artisanal perfume house led by our ideologist and perfumer, Erez Rozen. Our creations blend the elegance of the early 20th century with the original formulas developed by Erez’s great‑grandfather, bringing timeless craftsmanship into the present. We compose exclusive, hand‑signed fragrances, each with its own character, designed to evoke emotions and memories, helping people express their individuality.

We are looking for a passionate Sales Assistant with a strong commercial drive and love for the world of fragrances. You will join a young, approachable, and growing team, playing a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers.

As a Sales Associate at Zielinski & Rozen your mission is to make every customer leave not only with their ideal perfume but also with a smile, feeling truly valued.

• Be the face of our brand
  , guiding customers to their perfect fragrance.
• Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations

• Maintain an inviting and well‑presented appearance.
• Handle sales transactions accurately (including gift wrapping).
• Stay updated on fragrance trends, ingredients, and our brand’s unique creations

The role is based on‑site in Barcelona and is offered primarily full‑time
, though part‑time options may be considered.

• Passion for perfumes, care cosmetics, and beauty products
• A responsible and reliable approach to work
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent Spanish & English (advanced); other languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in retail is beneficial
