What’s your Mission?

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for Agilent. You'll be responsible for :

  • Outbound Sales:
    Actively prospecting and engaging with potential customers to identify and close sales opportunities for on‑demand service contracts and maintenance/repair services.
  • Inbound Sales:
    Handling incoming customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer needs effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively offering solutions.
  • Sales Funnel Management:
    Managing your own sales pipeline, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow‑up.
  • Collaboration:

    Working closely with cross‑functional teams, including customer care, engineering, and field service, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Language

    Skills:

    Fluency in German and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sales Acumen:
    Proven sales experience, including a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Customer Focus:
    Ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Problem‑Solving: A proactive approach to problem‑solving and a willingness to find innovative solutions.
  • Time Management:
    Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Teamwork: A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
Bonus Points
  • Experience in insurance sales.
  • Background in laboratory or analytical instrumentation.
Benefits
  • Start Date:

    December 2025
  • Hours:

    39 hours / week
  • Work Schedule:

    Monday to Thursday 9 am to 6 pm and Friday 9 am to 5 pm
  • Salary: €27,500.00 gross per year
  • Holidays: 24 calendar holidays per year / 2 accrued days per month
  • Work Model:
    Hybrid - 6 days per month at the office
  • Training: 1 month training from Monday to Thursday 9 am to 6 pm and Friday 9 am to 5 pm
