Job Summary:
Join our young, dynamic, and passionate team based in Barcelona, working in a co-working office environment. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively develop a business plan to enhance brand recognition within your assigned region. Your daily tasks will involve educating, guiding, and supporting prospects and new clients, providing top-notch consulting in the Private Jet industry.
Location: You will be based in our co-working office in Barcelona.
Language: Full working proficiency in English. Additional proficiency in French is highly preferred.
Responsibilities- Selling our services to customers and representing the brand, including conducting through needs assessments, delivering presentations, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Engaging with potential leads through various channels such as email, phone, text, and social media.
- Establishing and managing a portfolio of clients by identifying new prospects through cold calling, networking, and managing online inquiries.
- Negotiating with leads, utilizing persuasive techniques to address objections and secure mutually beneficial deals.
- Cultivating long-term relationships with both clients and suppliers.
- Managing executive charter bookings from initial inquiry to completion.
- Location:
Barcelona-based in a co-working office. - Full working proficiency in English. Additional proficiency in French is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in outbound cold calling with a proven track record.
- Ability to consistently surpass sales targets.
- Expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, with high motivation and a positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented and target-driven.
- Hardworking and flexible, as this role requires dedication beyond regular working hours.
