Sales Manager

At Eye-Able, a leader in digital accessibility, we are seeking a Sales Manager & SDR Team Lead
. In this hybrid role, you’ll manage the full sales cycle while also coordinating, motivating, and leading our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. You’ll be both a hands‑on seller and a coach, ensuring the SDRs have the guidance, tools, and support they need to succeed. This is a unique opportunity to combine personal sales execution with team leadership in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven tech scale‑up.

• Building and managing your own pipeline
• Giving product demos and leading sales calls
• Advising companies in Spain on accessibility strategy
• Negotiating and closing deals
• Contributing to our commercial growth strategy
• Representing Eye-Able at events and webinars

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
• Native level in Spanish and comfortable in English
• A strong communicator and active listener
• You’re not afraid to pick up the phone to schedule your own appointments, in addition to the warm leads provided by our SDR team
• Interest in tech, digital solutions, or social impact
• Structured, self‑starting, and results‑driven
