Key job responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of CAEs to achieve individual and collective revenue targets, providing ongoing performance management, skill development, and career growth opportunities.
  • Own team revenue accountability, maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, analyze performance metrics, and implement corrective actions to ensure consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue commitments.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and leadership to optimize territory coverage, account segmentation, and resource allocation across customer segments to maximize market penetration and revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor team performance through data‑driven insights, identify improvement opportunities, implement best practices, and scale successful methodologies across the organization.
  • Participate in hiring decisions and create an engaging work environment that attracts and retains top business development talent.

Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years of business development or demand generation management experience leading high‑performing business development teams in cloud, enterprise software, or technology business development.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding team pipeline targets and revenue quotas.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience developing and coaching sales professionals.
  • Deep understanding of digital sales methodologies and business development performance analytics.
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English/Chinese.
  • Experience with AI‑powered sales tools, programmatic customer acquisition, and digital‑first sales approaches.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting, territory planning, and performance optimization.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
