Germany / DACH Account Executive (German speaking AE) – B2B SaaS Scaleup in Barcelona (m/f/d)

Our B2B SaaS client has around 350 FTE and works in the travel software industry.
They look for native-level German speakers to join their Barcelona-based DACH sales team, covering the markets Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Role- Full cycle position: manage the full sales process from first contact to contract signature, at least for the first year.
- Research and prospect for new clients in the DACH region
. - Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
- Present our solution to a range of people (C‑Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).
- Work with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
- You have a native level of German + a good level of English (both written and spoken).
- You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top‑performer SDR.

What you’ll doResponsible for one of our biggest and most exciting territories, you will be responsible for all revenue generation (new, upsell and renewal) and building new markets across the region.
- Hit and surpass sales goals for Southern Europe and LATAM through a clear go‑to‑market plan.
- Run the full sales cycle — prospect, qualify, negotiate, close, and grow accounts.
- Build lasting ties with key enterprise clients as a trusted partner.
- Work closely with Marketing, Presales, and Customer Success to ensure smooth delivery and happy customers.
- Represent Zynap at events and meetings, promoting our platform in the market.
- Keep pipeline and forecasts accurate, giving clear visibility into future revenue.
- Win complex enterprise deals, using your network and insight to open doors and close business.
- Communicate Zynap’s value clearly, matching customer needs with our cybersecurity solutions.
- Support team growth with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong leadership in a fast‑scaling environment.
- 5+ years of experience in Security SaaS sales with a strong track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota.
- Proven ability to drive complex sales cycles from prospecting to close, navigating enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional business development and presentation skills, able to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling business value through demos and proposals.
- Strong focus on new business acquisition, while maintaining and growing long‑term customer relationships.
- Intuitive understanding of the sales process, knowing how to build momentum, gain customer validation, and close business effectively.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
