We are looking for Sales Support FM in Spain for Barcelona.
ABOUTTHE ROLE
The Sales Support manages the day-to-day administrative activities of the sales team so that the organization's sales force is effectively supported, and all sales transactions are processed efficiently, accurately and economically. Supports either the Global or Regional Account Managers depending on business needs. The incumbent is responsible to address customer needs and questions and work with Barry Callebaut resources to ensure timely follow-up.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Daily tasks- Answer and filter general calls and commercial enquiries (prospects…)
- Inform sales team on sales inquiries / requests
- NPI request
- Maintaining Salesforce updated for the commercial team
- Create new customers (New Customer Introduction)
- Samples request / KL / Catalogues
- Support commercial negotiations with the agreement of Sales (when they are not available…)
- Official presentations supervised by Sales Manager
- Apply and respect the process and directions coming from Sales manager FM
- Inform Sales manager FM from any anomaly
- Welcome and train new employees
- Organize commercial meetings and webinars as well as follow up marketing actions.
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in a technical/commercial subject or equivalent
- Experience in a Sales Environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
