  • Deal Closer: Own the entire sales journey from initial prospect to "Closed-Won," negotiating terms that set the foundation for long-term partnerships.
  • Early Success Management: Act as the primary advisor for your clients during their first 90 days, monitoring campaign performance and providing expert optimization insights.

Who You Are:
  • Language: Native or near-native Norwegian (C1/C2) and professional English

  • Experience: 2+ years in a sales-driven environment (SDR, AE, or Account Management). A track record of smashing revenue targets is essential.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital advertising, e-commerce, and social media ecosystems.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or Hub Spot.
