About the roleYou will own Enginy's inbound engine end-to-end and be directly accountable for revenue. Your mission is to build and scale the channels, content, and conversion systems that will drive +€3M New ARR in 2026, with CAC payback under 10 months.
This is a player‑coach role: senior enough to build the function and hire the team, hands‑on enough to execute the work yourself in the early phase. You'll think like a revenue owner, not a traditional marketer.
Revenue & Funnel Ownership- Be accountable for the numbers behind it: MQL → Demo >40%, Demo → Win >25%, pipeline coverage 3–4x, CAC payback
