Digital Sales Associate – German Speaking

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate fluent in German. We’re looking for someone with sales aptitude, excellent closing skills and outbound experience.

• Drive our business forward by reaching and exceeding your sales goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans
  . Using a cold calling strategy, build relationships with potential clients, uncover the true needs of their business, and recommend the right ADP products and services.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family by cross-selling into existing accounts focusing on ADP's other products and solutions.
• Collaborate daily with internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining good customer relations.

• Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated with excellent closing skills.
• Goal-oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed quotas.
• Well organized with effective time and activity management skills.
• Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office.
• Fluent in German and English
