Job Description
Account Representative in Sales Organization, responsible for promoting and communicating the benefits of the Surgery Endomech & Energy portfolio to support sales results. Based in Barcelona, Spain, this role serves as the principal point of contact between the business and its customers, identifying new potential customers while supporting existing clients with product information and assistance.
Responsibilities- Achieve sales targets in the region of responsibility.
- Use consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within accounts.
- Support the surgical team during laparoscopic procedures.
- Maintain personal relationships with clients, negotiating prices, deadlines, and other conditions directly with the client.
- Educate customers on all Endomechanical and Energy products, providing technical and clinical information and in‑service training.
- Prepare, plan, and implement training and product demonstrations in‑house.
- Keep up with the latest clinical data, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during presentations.
- Monitor competitor activity and competitor products.
- Keep detailed records of all contacts and activity registries on a weekly basis.
- Stay informed about the activities of health services.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build productive professional relationships.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Eight years of experience working in sales in the medical devices sector; experience in colorectal, bariatric, and thoracic surgery is a plus.

Compensation & BenefitsBase pay range: €44,500.00 – €70,725.00. In addition to base pay, annual bonus, sales commissions, vacation days, parental leave for a minimum of 12 weeks, bereavement leave, caregiver leave, volunteer leave, well‑being reimbursement, financial, physical and mental health programs, service anniversary and recognition awards, and participation in various insurance plans where applicable.
