The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales efforts of the hotel in the designated target markets, especially various Leisure Markets such as sports, wellness, gourmet, and wine. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, collaborating with the sales team and other departments to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
- Conduct compset and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales collaborators to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
- Foster a collaborative and results‑oriented sales culture.
- Negotiate sales contracts following the hotel sales strategies and objectives.
