is this role interesting?

You will not be managing accounts from a purely operational perspective. Instead, you will act as a trusted advisor to doctors and private clinics, helping them maximise the value of our digital solutions and identify new opportunities to grow their visibility, reputation and patient acquisition, contributing directly to client retention, portfolio growth and the long‑term success of our healthcare partners.

What you’ll do day to day
  • Manage and develop a strategic portfolio of doctors and private clinics within the UK market, building strong and long‑term relationships.
  • Design and execute growth and retention strategies through upselling and cross‑selling initiatives, identifying opportunities to expand account value.
  • Support clients in adopting and optimising our digital solutions, coordinating internally to ensure successful implementations and a seamless client experience.
  • Deliver consultative and commercial presentations on new products, functionalities and services within the Top Doctors ecosystem.
  • Manage contract renewals while proactively identifying new opportunities for account development and growth.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, commercial activity and account evolution through CRM tools and performance metrics.
We’d love to hear from you if...
  • Previous experience managing and developing B2B client portfolios with a strong focus on retention, account growth and relationship management.
  • A consultative mindset and strong business acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Experience working with commercial KPIs, portfolio growth targets and customer success metrics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and digital account management tools.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments.
  • Native‑level English.
  • Experience in SaaS, digital marketplaces, technology companies or eHealth/Health Tech environments will be highly valued.
