Are you driven by developing commercial excellence and enabling sales teams to perform at their best? This is an exciting opportunity to shape the capability, confidence and performance of our Orthopaedics sales organisation across Southern Europe. As Senior Commercial Training and Education Manager for SOEUR, you will be a trusted partner to the field, bringing together product expertise, selling skills and coaching to help our teams win in their territories.

This is a field based role in Spain, ideally based in Barcelona, covering the SOEUR region, with travel of up to 50 percent.

What will you be doing?

You will sit at the centre of commercial enablement for our Orthopaedics franchise, working closely with sales leadership, marketing and HR to build a highly capable, confident and certified sales organisation. Your days will be spent delivering engaging product, sales and coaching training, supporting both new hires and experienced sales professionals, and reinforcing learning through hands on field coaching.

You will bring our Orthopaedics portfolio, clinical pathways and value propositions to life, ensuring sales teams understand not just what we sell, but how we win. Through structured coaching, certification and ongoing development, you will help embed consistent selling behaviours, strengthen customer conversations and support sustainable commercial growth across the region.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role comes from combining deep commercial credibility with a passion for developing others and enabling performance in the field. You will be confident influencing experienced sales professionals and leaders, translating strategy into practical, field ready capability.

  • Proven experience in sales enablement or commercial training within the medical devices industry , ideally Orthopaedics, with a strong foundation in sales and or marketing

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver product, sales and coaching training

  • Spanish and English
    , with Italian and or Portuguese considered a strong advantage for the SOEUR region

  • Strong commercial acumen, facilitation and coaching skills, with the autonomy and resilience to succeed in a field based, multi country environment
