- Deliver the JBP—price, promotion, distribution, feature, NPD and brand content—to have a best‑in‑class execution plan in National Accounts.
- Be accountable for the Customer P&L and contribute to deliver our Financial targets: NSV, GP, ROI, Value Share.
- Partner closely and build alignment with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Brand, Finance, Supply Chain.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers to ensure shoppers find our Brands and elevate Customer voice internally to ensure creation of Insight‑led plan.
- Negotiate to deliver Financial targets, Distribution & Visibility targets, activating our Brands in the Accounts.
- Manage and deliver regular clear updates to key business processes (e.g., monthly performance review, annual Bottom‑Up Plan creation).
- Complete pre‑ and post‑evaluation of promotions & activities.
- Ability to form strong relationships, negotiate, and influence best‑in‑class plans.
- Experience managing National Accounts.
- Manage key stakeholders across the business at all levels, internally and externally.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, analytical, presentation and communication skills.
- Must be able to think creatively and develop strong activation plans that will drive rate of sale and distribution of our brands in the Accounts.
- Be competent in using PowerPoint, Excel and forecasting/data tools.
