Digital Sales Associate – German Speaking

As our next Digital Sales Associate, you'll be the one to introduce prospective clients to ADP's leading solutions and expert guidance. Over the phone, you'll build relationships and win new business from Fortune 100 organizations to small, innovative businesses. We'll support you along the way, building your skills and enhancing your talents. Things

You’ll Do
  • Drive our business forward by reaching and exceeding your sales goals.
  • Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans. Using a cold calling strategy, build relationships with potential clients, uncover their true needs, and recommend the right ADP products and services.
  • Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cross-selling into existing accounts by putting the spotlight on ADP's other shiny, new products and solutions.
  • Collaborate daily with both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining good customer relations.
Experience You Need
  • Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, self-motivated, and excellent closing skills.
  • A goal-oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly and yearly quotas.
  • Well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills.
  • Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office.
  • Fluent in German and English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Business-to-business sales experience with proven proficiency in selling and presentation skills, prospecting, and territory management.
  • Self-starter with mandates to reach and exceed sales quotas.
  • Ability to work independently and with other ADP Sales Associates.
  • Demonstrated cold-calling sales ability with assertive, positive, and persistent style.
  • Must effectively communicate through all mediums, including verbal, listening, and written.
