We’re looking for enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to join our team at Barcelona Airport (BCN) for a short-term campaign throughout October 2026
.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will:

• Welcome and engage with international customers in a friendly and professional way.
• Create memorable customer experiences and provide outstanding service.
• Present and promote our products, understanding customer needs and recommending the right products.
• Become a brand and product expert through training.
• Drive sales and contribute to achieving individual and team targets.
• Represent the brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Work closely with your team in a dynamic and multicultural airport environment.

• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a strong plus.
• A confident, outgoing, and approachable personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish – the interview will be conducted in English.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and target-driven mindset.
• Availability to work weekdays and weekends

• Comfortable working in a busy, international environment.
• A professional appearance and genuine passion for representing a brand.

• Short-term campaign throughout October 2026.
• 40 hours/week
  .
• Temporary employment contract.
• Salary: €1,600 gross/month fixed + up to €300 gross/month variable bonus
  , based on company target achievement.
• Training and product knowledge to help you succeed in the role.
